We have recently chosen to expand as a company. After traveling to London to take amazing courses from the best of the best, we would now like to announce that we now also offer make up services! So enjoy of our new service and sale prices 💗.
• Slots are released on the 20th of every month for e.g. October slots will be released on September 20th***
• There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of €15 (under any circumstance!)
• When you book your deposit goes towards your appointment.
• If you want to reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or your deposit is automatically forfeited.
• You'll pay your remaining balance on the day by Cash. Please have the right change as I will not be transferring any remaining.
Lateness & cancellation
• If you know you cannot make the appointment, PLEASE let me know in advance or this will lead to your appointment being cancelled.
• A €10 fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late. By 15 minutes a fee of €15 will be applied. After 30 minutes, your appointment is cancelled.
• NO plus ones including family members, kids etc.
• Please have a clean face and neat brows.
Add ons:
• Slots before 10am and after 6pm are out of hour slots and are an additional cost of €20
• For Early Bird Appointment, please email 16sdollhouse@gmail.com, please note there is an additional cost of €20
• SUNDAY appointments are premium slots and are €20 extra.
• Bank holidays are premium fees, are an additional €20.
• New Year’s Eve & Boxing Day & Christmas Eve are premium fees
• 25th - 1st January are premium slots

Allow 24hrs//3 working days to respond to emails and DM’s.
If you want to make an appointment for hair and make up, you must send me an email with all the concrete information. Date, hairstyle, desired make-up look.

How long does shipping take?
We are based in the Netherlands.
The shipping time is 1-3 working days.
EU and other continents 5-10 working days.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.
When will I receive the tracking information?
Your tracking information will be emailed on the day that your order ships out. You will receive the tracking information on the email used at check-out. So, you will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Can I also pick up the hair?
Yes thats possible, but we must be contacted in advance. A deposit will always have to be made for this. WE DON’T DO ANY RESERVATIONS ON HAIR WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately order modifications are not accepted after the order is submitted.
My package is lost/stolen can I get a refund?
Package lost 16SDOLLHOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE For any lost/stolen items. After an order is in the hands of DHL/UPS/POSTNL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
Return and exchange policy
We strive to have every customer fall in-love with their units and bundles. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake made on our behalf. We will immediately make the change to correct it beside that no refunds all sales are final. Hair that has already been used, opened, washed and is no longer in its original condition will of course not be accepted.
What if the bundles I want are out of stock?
NO STOCK IS NO STOCK, WE DO NOT DO DROPSHIPPING.
We buy in bulk and not separate orders. If there is a color that is long out of stock, you can make a request by sending an email and the entire amount must be paid. Processing time really differs by period. This would be discussed personally but count on 5 weeks.
